Material:
- Ragi flour - 250 grams
- Jaggery - 250 grams
- Ghee - 250 grams
- Roasted peanuts - 50 grams
- Roasted sesame seeds - 50 grams
- Flax seeds - 50 grams
- Fennel seeds - 15 grams
- Cardamom powder - 15 grams
Method of Preparation:
First of all, add one spoon of ghee to the ragi flour and knead it with water. After this, make tawa paratha from it. Now break the ragi paratha into small pieces and add sesame seeds, peanuts and fennel seeds to it and grind them.
Now grind it and add the remaining ghee and jaggery to it and prepare a mixture which can be used to make laddus. Now prepare small laddus from this mixture. You can use these laddus anytime. It is most beneficial to take it with a glass of hot milk.
