On Saturday, the police said that the Taj West End Hotel located in the Race Course area of ​​​​Bangalore has received a bomb threat. This threat was given by unknown persons through email. Every corner of the hotel has been thoroughly examined. Bangalore Deputy Commissioner of Police Shekhar HT confirmed to news agency ANI that the bomb threat was received from unknown persons. During the preliminary investigation, the police inspected the entire premises of the hotel and found that the threat was fake. DCP Central said in his statement that we received a threatening email for the Taj West End Hotel this morning. Our BDDS and ASC team inspected the premises and found it to be fake. The DCP further said that we will file a complaint in this matter and conduct a thorough investigation. The security of the hotel has been increased after the threatening email. The police is investigating the whole matter seriously. The guests staying at the hotel expressed concern over the incident. However, the police have assured everyone that the situation is under control.
