As soon as the information about the threat was received, the police became alert and after that its investigation has been started. Now the police search operation is going on in the university campus. A large number of police forces are present here.

Information about receiving the threat was given to Civil Lines Police Station of Dodpur, Aligarh. The police station has been given this information by the office of the Proctor of the University. While giving the information, it was said, 'You are to be informed that on January 9, at around 1.18 am, an anonymous email was received on the email of the Proctor from tiwarisrijanyt@protonmail.com and it has also been sent to the heads of other senior departments of AU and its UPI number is 6387866385 (copy attached)'

Demanding action,
it is written in the letter, 'Therefore, you are requested to take cognizance of the above email and take appropriate action.' It is worth noting that since April last year, there has been an increase in the cases of bomb threats. At that time, many schools in Delhi were threatened with bombing. After this, during the months of October and November last year, many different flights also received bomb threats. However, nothing was found during the investigation. 

After this, threats of bombing were received at many hotels in different cities. But during the investigation, the police and administration did not find anything there either. Now for the first time this year, Aligarh University has received a threat of bombing. After receiving the threat, its investigation is going on. Till the time of writing the news, nothing has been found in the investigation, although the investigation is going on.
