A very shocking incident has come to light from South Delhi. Here, it took two years for a domestic maid to file an FIR regarding the cruelty that happened to her. After a two-year legal battle, a case was registered under sections of gangrape in Govindpuri police station on the orders of the court.

The matter is of December 2022. According to the victim woman, she lives in the Badarpur area of ​​Delhi. She used to work as a cook in a house in the Govindpuri area. According to the complaint, the mistress of the house where the victim worked used to run a massage center. On December 29, 2022, the woman had called the victim to cook food for her son's birthday in the evening. 

The woman regained consciousness after two days 

The victim has also accused a guest who came there for touching her on the pretext of water. According to the victim woman, at the same time, the mistress mixed some intoxicant in a cold drink and made her drink it. When he regained consciousness two days later, he found himself in a private hospital in Gurugram. 

It is alleged that the woman was assaulted and her tongue was cut so that she could not give a statement. He was also intimidated and threatened. According to the woman, there was swelling in her private parts also. After this, the woman somehow ran away from there and talked to her family members, after which they first took her to a private hospital, from where she was then taken to AIIMS.

Rape happened with the help of the owner 

The woman complains that she was gang-raped with the help of her mistress. The young man present at the party, who had tried to touch her on the pretext of water, along with three of his associates gang-raped her and beat her like an animal At present, the police have registered an FIR in the case on the orders of the court. Apart from gang rape sections of assault and threatening to kill have been registered in the FIR. The police is now investigating the case and is getting the victim medically examined.
