Beirut: Hezbollah has not remained silent since the death of Hezbollah Chief Hassan Nasrallah, tensions between Israel and Hezbollah have increased. Air strikes by the Israeli army are continuing in Lebanon, the Lebanese Health Ministry said that in the last 24 hours, the death toll in Israeli air strikes on various areas of Lebanon has risen to 37, while the number of injured is 151.

The ministry said nine people were killed and 24 others injured in the Lebanese capital Beirut, reports Xinhua news agency. It said two people were killed and 15 others injured in Mount Lebanon, while nine people were injured in Baalbek Hermel governorate.

Two killed and 14 injured

The ministry report further said that two people were killed and 14 others were injured in the Bekaa region, while 19 people were killed and 52 injured in the Nabatieh governorate. It said five people were killed and 37 injured in the southern governorate. Since September 23, the Israeli army has been continuously carrying out air strikes on Lebanon.
