Including foods that are high in trans fat, refined carbohydrates and preservatives, such as namkeen, cakes, biscuits, packaged snacks and soft drinks available in the market, in the diet increases inflammation in the body. This is a condition that works to increase cancer cells.
Which foods will strengthen your lungs?
He said that people who include green vegetables, fruits rich in fiber and antioxidants in their diet, their risk of cancer (lung cancer prevention foods) is reduced.
