Provision of punishment up to 17 years
As soon as the judge read out the nine charges related to the tax case, Hunter Biden accepted that yes, I am guilty. There is a provision of punishment up to 17 years under these charges. There is a provision of very less punishment in the federal sentencing guidelines. Hunter will be sentenced on December 16 in the tax case. Earlier in June, Hunter Biden was convicted in a gun-related case. He may soon be sentenced in this case as well.
