Ruchi Gujjar says that producer Karan Singh Chauhan contacted her last year and claimed that he was producing a Hindi TV show that would soon be aired on Sony TV. According to media reports, Ruchi said, "He offered to add me as a co-producer and also sent documents related to the project.
Ruchi said that believing this offer, she transferred several payments from her company SR Event and Entertainment to accounts linked to Karan's studio between July 2023 and January 2024. However, the project never started. Ruchi says that when she asked for her money, he started threatening her. Ruchi has filed an FIR against Karan Singh in Mumbai.
