Pakistan government will come to an end- Imran Khan

According to the report of ARY News, former Prime Minister of the country Imran Khan spoke to journalists in Adiala Jail. During this, he said that the Shahbaz government is not understanding the situation. Khan further said that this government is getting trapped in deep crisis and it will end soon. Khan said that unlike the government, he has enough time.

He said the footage would help identify the culprits, and added that the conditional pardon was in the interest of Pakistan, ARY News reported.

Imran will present witnesses in Al-Qadir Trust case

On July 30, Imran Khan reiterated his earlier statement, saying he had directed his party workers to hold a peaceful protest outside the army's General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi before his arrest on May 9, 2023.

Without revealing any identity, Imran Khan also said that he would present a witness in the Al-Qadir Trust case.

On November 13, 2023, the Islamabad Accountability Court issued an arrest warrant for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman and former Pakistan PM Imran Khan in the Toshakhana and £190 million Al-Qadir Trust cases.

The Al-Qadir Trust case involves allegations of corruption and abuse of power. The case is being investigated by the National Accountability Bureau.

Imran Khan, the 71-year-old founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party, demanded that CCTV footage of the May 9 riots last year should be made public so that the real culprits behind the riots could be identified.

Imran Khan said if any PTI worker is found involved in this, he will not only expel them from the party but will also ask for an apology, ARY News reported.
