The story revolves around a 78-year-old love story that promises, "I will return." This love story is set before Partition. The 1 minute 13 second teaser begins with Naseeruddin Shah hospitalized and Diljit Dosanjh caring for him.
The teaser then flashes back 78 years, where an innocent love story is born. Sharvari and Vedang Raina fall in love, but fate separates them. The teaser suggests Vedang plays a younger Naseeruddin. In the film, Diljit plays Naseeruddin's grandson.
When will the film be released?
The film's background music is amazing. It's composed by AR Rahman, and Diljit's voice will also be featured in the songs. The film will hit the big screen on June 12, 2026. It will clash with Yash-starrer Toxic, which releases on June 4.
