Beirut: While Israel has vowed to finish off its enemies, on the other hand its enemies are also targeting Israeli cities. Now in the latest attack, Hezbollah carried out several attacks one after the other with dozens of drones on an Israeli base located in northern Israel.
Several people on the Israeli side were injured in this attack. Hezbollah said in a statement that on Saturday Islamic Resistance fighters launched an airstrike with a swarm of suicide drones on the Michve Allon base.
Attack in Israel's Safed city
This attack took place in the Israeli city of Safed. The Israeli base that was attacked is a short distance away from where the soldiers guarding Israel's Northern Corps are gathered and there is also an emergency depot.
Hezbollah said the attack was a response to the killing of a Hamas official in the southern Lebanese city of Sidon on Friday.
Hamas official Samar al-Hajj killed
Hamas official Samar al-Haj was killed in an Israeli drone attack in the Lebanese city of Sidon on Friday, reports Xinhua news agency. Meanwhile, Israeli drones and fighter jets carried out 10 airstrikes on six villages and towns in the border region of southern Lebanon. Three civilians were injured and 18 houses were destroyed in the attack.
