News Topical, Digital Desk : American singer and social activist Alexis Wilkins has intensified her legal battle against false rumors circulating about her. She said that the character assassination plots on social media are causing mental distress not only to her but also to her family.

In this case, FBI Director Kash Patel's girlfriend Alexis has filed a defamation case against three supporters of President Trump's Make America Great Again (MAGA) - Kyle Serafin, Sam Parker and Eliza Shaffer.

Name linked to 'Mossad agent' and 'honeypot operation' 

It is alleged that Alexis is being defamed on the internet media, labeling her a "Mossad agent" and associating her with espionage tactics such as "honeypot operations." Alexis says these accusations are deeply defamatory. These lies hurt her and her family.

Demand for damages of Rs 44 crore

In the lawsuit, Alexis claims that Kyle Serafin ran a clickbait story, Sam Parker repeatedly used the falsehood as a fundraiser, and Eliza Schaefer repeatedly propagated the falsehood through her news channel. Alexis is seeking damages of ₹440 million (approximately $1.4 billion). In response, Schaefer called the lawsuit "insanity" and "baseless."

Defamation case filed against them 

Kyle Serafin, a former FBI agent and now a podcaster, is accused of maliciously perjuring. Sam Parker, a former US Senate candidate, is accused of repeatedly falsely implicating a foreign spy. Elijah Shaffer, the CEO of Rift TV, is accused of spreading malicious falsehoods.
