Greater Noida. YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024: Yamuna Authority will launch a group housing scheme after the residential plot scheme.In this scheme, 19 plots will be allotted based on e-auction. Around 25 thousand flats will be constructed under the group housing scheme. The dream of owning a house will be fulfilled for the people in the YIDA area.

In which sector will the scheme be implemented?

The plots allotted in the authority's group housing scheme are in Sectors 18, 17, and 22D. These plots range from 16188 sqm to 48564 sqm. YIDA CEO Dr. Arunvir Singh said that plot allotment will be based on e-auction.

Applicants will have to pay a ten per cent amount as a registration fee, a twenty per cent amount after allotment and the remaining 70 per cent amount in instalments.

Plot scheme for the institutional category also

Apart from group housing, the authority will also launch a plot scheme for a nursery and play school, crèche, nursing home, and milk and vegetable booth.

There will be plots ranging from 500 sqm to 1000 sqm for nursery and play school. Apart from this, there will be plots of 200 sqm for creche, 1000 sqm for dispensary and 100 sqm for milk and vegetable booth.

More than 28 thousand applications in residential plot scheme

So far, more than 28 thousand applications have been received for the residential plot scheme launched by Yamuna Authority on July 5. There are 280 plots for the general category. Till Sunday, 28867 applications have been filled. At the same time, 74939 applicants have registered and purchased the brochure.
