Mathura: On 26th August, on Janmashtami, the security of Shri Krishna Janmasthan will be in three zones, red, yellow and green. 3500 police personnel will handle the security arrangements. 16 watch towers will be built and the entire area will be monitored by drones. In view of the crowd of devotees, barriers will be installed at 129 places and 24 parking lots will be built. Additional police force has been called from Agra range. Policemen will also be deployed in plain clothes.
Monitoring all activities through drones
Lakhs of devotees from all over the country and abroad come to Kanha's city to celebrate Shri Krishna Janmashtami.
Inside the birthplace gate, it has been kept in red zone, outside the gate in yellow zone and the road in green zone.
3500 police personnel along with eight companies of Mathura, Agra, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Etah, Hathras and PAC will handle the arrangements.
Nine watch towers will be built in the red zone and eight in the yellow zone. Surveillance will be maintained through these as well.
Policemen will keep an eye on every activity through drones.
CO Traffic Dharmendra Singh said, lakhs of devotees are coming on Janmashtami. Keeping this in mind, a route plan has been made. Under this, 129 barriers have been built. There will be 24 parking spaces. Entry of vehicles will be prohibited on the day of Janmashtami. They will be parked in the parking lot, so that the problem of jam is not faced.
There will be additional police force in the red zone
The area inside Shri Krishna Janmasthan has been kept in the red zone. In such a situation, additional police force will be deployed here. Outside the birthplace, in the yellow and green zones, male and female police force in plain clothes will be deployed. Police personnel will report every activity to the control room.
