News Topical, Digital Desk : As per the instructions given by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, before finalizing the vision document of 'Developed Uttar Pradesh @ 2047', the Planning Department will again hold a meeting with the experts of NITI Aayog. The document will be finalized on the basis of suggestions received from the experts. This meeting is being planned soon.
The Chief Minister had given many suggestions and instructions to the officials during the meeting on the proposed vision document in a high-level meeting on Tuesday. In continuation of which, the Planning Department has again decided to hold a meeting with the team of NITI Aayog.
According to senior department officials, it will take about a month to finalize the vision document with the necessary changes, after which it will be presented to the Chief Minister.
Let us tell you that along with making sector-wise short-term, medium-term and long-term action plans, the Chief Minister has asked to divide the goals of Mission Year 2030, 2036 and 2047 into action plans.
In addition to implementing the vision developed at the state level effectively at the district, city, and panchayat levels, instructions have been given to prepare a "District Vision 2047" and formulate plans based on local needs and resources. They have also been asked to prepare department-wise and inter-sectoral action plans in accordance with quarterly and annual targets.
The proposed vision document's primary goal is to reach a $6 trillion economy by 2047. Prior to this, the goal is to reach $1 trillion by 2030 and $2 trillion by 2036. Achieving this lofty target will require an annual economic growth rate of approximately 16 percent.
