The actor wrote, "My journey as Geralt of Rivia has been filled with both monsters and adventures, and sadly, I will be putting down my medals and my swords for Season 4. Fans have been vocal, however, with Henry Cavill replacing X (formerly on Twitter), calling the season "pointless," "confusing," and "far from its peak."

The Witcher season 4 released on the streaming platform on October 30. The creators released all eight episodes of the show simultaneously on Netflix for viewers. This is the shortest season, with a duration of 427 minutes.
