News Topical, Digital Desk : In Aligarh, a plot to disrupt communal harmony was foiled by the prompt action of the police. Police have taken action in this case and arrested four accused, while police teams are continuously conducting raids in search of another accused. Police officials stated that the accused had attempted to disrupt social harmony by writing "I love Mohammad" on the wall of a temple.

In fact, a few days ago, a sensational case surfaced in which the slogan "I Love Mohammad" was written on four temples in two villages, Bulakgarhi and Bhagwanpur, in the Lodha police station area. Senior Superintendent of Police Neeraj Singh Jadaun revealed the incident and arrested four accused. One accused, a young man named Rahul, is absconding. Police teams are searching for the absconding accused.

As part of a conspiracy, the slogan was written on the wall of the temple.

It is reported that the youths wrote the slogan "I love Mohammad" on the temple walls in response to the litigation, in an attempt to implicate Muslim youths and secure a settlement in the old case. Police have arrested all four accused, while one remains behind bars.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Aligarh, Neeraj Singh Jadaun, said that on October 25, 2025, police received information from two villages, Bulak Garhi and Bhagwanpur, near the Lodha police station area, that religious slogans had been written on the walls of four temples. Police had the religious slogans removed from the walls of all four temples and a case was registered.

The police arrested them

According to the police, the arrested accused are Zeeshant, a resident of Bulak Garhi village, and three others, Abhishek, Akash, and Dilip, all residents of Bhagwanpur village. Police teams interviewed all the accused and provided evidence, including CCTV footage and video recordings. The police investigation found errors in every religious slogan written on the walls of the four temples. Police teams uncovered the incident by examining these facts, interviewing villagers, and examining old police records.

Before the disclosure, the police had got important clues.

The SSP said that before this discovery, the police had two important clues. In January 2024, members of Gul Mohammad's family had a fight with Mukesh's family from the same village. In this case, the police registered a case at the police station and filed a charge sheet against 15 people.

Subsequently, in September 2025, Mustakim had a fight with Zeeshant, a resident of his village. Both sides were injured in the altercation. Both sides filed cases against each other at the police station. The police investigated and filed charge sheets against both parties in this case.

SSP Neeraj Singh Jadoun stated that among the four arrested accused, Zeeshant's primary objective was to secure a verdict in the case filed against Mustakeem. Rahul, the fifth accused in the case who is absconding, also supported them. This was because Rahul's father was involved in a dispute with Gul Mohammad, a resident of Bhagwanpur village, over a house. The disputed house is located near a temple, on the walls of which religious slogans were written.

In such a situation, all these accused believed that by writing religious slogans on the walls of the temple, the police would take immediate action and arrest their opponents, thereby fulfilling their personal interests.
