When did Kennedy die?
Fulfilling its promise, the Trump administration has now made public a 10,000-page document related to Kennedy's assassination. Let us tell you, Kennedy was assassinated in the year 1968, which has not been disclosed till now.
As per the order of President Donald Trump, the process of disclosure of national secrets is continuing. The US National Archives and Records Administration has posted about 229 files related to these pages on its public website. Many files related to the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy were already released. But others were not digitized.
Tulsi Gabbard gave a big statement
"Nearly 60 years after the tragic assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy, the American people will for the first time have the opportunity to review the federal government's investigations under President Trump," US National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard said after the files were made public. Tulsi Gabbard said, "The declassification of the files sheds light on the long-awaited truth. Republican Party leader Trump has supported the release of documents related to the murders and investigations of bigwigs in the name of transparency."
The veil of secrets will be lifted
National Intelligence Director Gabbard said the Trump administration's release of once-hidden files has opened the door to greater public scrutiny and questioning about the findings and actions of institutions like the CIA and FBI.
After the files were made public, Robert F. Kennedy's son, Democratic Party Senator from New York and US Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. praised the efforts of Trump and Gabbard.
Who killed Kennedy?
Kennedy was shot dead on June 5, 1968, just moments after delivering a speech to celebrate his victory in the California presidential primary at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles. His killer, Sirhan Sirhan, was convicted of first-degree murder and is serving a life sentence in prison.
