The delegation accompanied the British PM.
It is noteworthy that the British Prime Minister is accompanied by a delegation of over 100 people from business, cultural, and other sectors. It should be noted that this visit coincides with PM Modi's visit to the UK in July, during which an FTA was agreed upon between the two countries.
What is the purpose of this trip?
The purpose of this visit is to review the progress of the India-UK Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, in line with Vision 2035. The India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement is expected to be a key focus of the negotiations.
