News Topical, Digital Desk : A sensational case of death of an engineer working in Panki Power House, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, under suspicious circumstances during hair transplant has come to light. The incident took place on March 14, when the engineer went to a private clinic in Panki Official Colony for hair transplant. It is alleged that during the procedure, after the doctor injected him, his face swelled and his health suddenly started deteriorating.

He was immediately admitted to a nearby hospital in critical condition, but he died during treatment. The family filed a complaint on the CM portal, calling the incident a case of medical negligence. However, despite the complaint, no action was taken for 54 days. Finally, after continuous efforts by the family, an FIR was lodged against the clinic and the concerned doctor at Rawatpur police station.

What did Abhishek Pandey say?
Kalyanpur Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Abhishek Pandey said, "A case has been registered in the matter. The entire matter is being thoroughly investigated and strict action will be taken against the culprits on the basis of the investigation."

This incident has raised questions on the quality of medical facilities in the city and the safety standards in private clinics. The family has demanded that strict action be taken against the guilty doctor and clinic so that such incidents can be prevented in future. The police have intensified the investigation into the case and the facts are expected to be revealed soon.
