Aanand L. Rai 's Nayi Naveli is reportedly based on an Indian folktale. The story is written by Divya Nidhi Sharma, who has previously worked on films like Sitare Zameen Par, Missing Ladies, and Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. This is her second film with Aanand, Nayi Naveli, after Nakhrewali.
Who is directing the new movie?
The film's script is complete, and pre-production is currently underway. The film will be directed by Tamil filmmaker Balaji Mohan.
