News Topical, Digital Desk : Fans of Telugu star Prabhas often get overly excited during his film releases and engage in strange behavior. Something similar happened this time too. On January 9, "The Raja Saheb" released in theaters, and some over-excited fans brought a crocodile to the screening. A video of this is going viral on social media.
Fans arrived carrying the crocodile on their heads
The stunt was inspired by a scene in the film's trailer, in which Prabhas' character is shown throwing a crocodile during a fight. Videos circulating on social media show fans lifting the crocodile above their heads and running through the hall, leaving some onlookers astonished. However, these were fake crocodiles.
It was being compared to Akshay Kumar's Bhool Bhulaiyaa in many places. Speaking about this, producer T.G. Vishwa Prasad told Pinkvilla, “We had to create a fantasy world with India's biggest star. Therefore, the visual elements as well as the backstory are quite different. It has nothing to do with Bhool Bhulaiyaa.”
In which languages was it released?
According to box office tracker Sacnilk, "The Raja Saheb" has had a strong opening. The film has reportedly grossed approximately ₹8.26 crore (approximately $82.6 million) across all languages. This pan-India film was released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film also stars Prabhas, Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Nidhi Agarwal, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, and Zarina Wahab.
