On January 9, 2026, a powerful teaser for the movie "Tu Ya Main" was shared. It's a survival thriller, a glimpse of which is evident at the beginning of the 2-minute, 14-second teaser. The teaser opens with Shanaya Kapoor, playing the lead role, lying in a swimming pool, relaxing and listening to music when a voice sends shivers down her spine, and she cries for help.
How will Shanaya Kapoor escape from the crocodile?
The teaser then depicts the story of Shanaya Kapoor and Adarsh Gourav. Adarsh, eager for a fan-following, takes Shanaya to a secluded location at her request, lured by a collaboration. The two then grow closer. They find themselves trapped in a crocodile-like situation. Shanaya is then seen in a swimming pool, trying to save herself from the crocodile's maw. Whether she manages to save herself will only be revealed after watching the film. However, the teaser has piqued public interest.
It will clash with Shahid Kapoor's film.
While releasing the teaser for "Tu Ya Main," the makers wrote in the caption, "This Valentine's Day, love will strike back." The film is releasing in theaters on February 13, 2026. According to Taran Adarsh, if the film is released in theaters, it will clash with Shahid Kapoor's film "O Romeo," from which the actor's first look was also revealed today.
