On Sawan Monday, wake up early in the morning and start the day by meditating on the deities. After this, take a bath and offer water to the Sun God. Now spread a red or yellow cloth on the stool and place the idol of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati. Mix curd, milk, ghee, honey and Ganga water in water and perform Abhishek of Shivling.
