News Topical, Digital Desk : Ruchira Papers Q2 Results: Paper manufacturer Ruchira Papers Ltd. has released its results for the September quarter (Q2 FY26) of the current financial year. The company's performance was weak on a year-over-year (YoY) basis.
In the latest quarter, the company's consolidated profit declined to ₹16 crore (₹16 crore), compared to ₹18 crore (₹18 crore ) in the same period last year. Meanwhile, the company's total revenue increased marginally from ₹165 crore (₹167 crore). Operating performance remained weak. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) declined from ₹28 crore (₹28 crore) to ₹25 crore (₹25 crore). Similarly, EBITDA margin declined from 17.1% to 14.5%, reflecting rising costs and increased operating expenses. The company stated that fluctuations in raw material prices and energy costs impacted the quarter's results. Ruchira Papers stated that strategic steps are being taken to improve operational efficiency and control costs in the coming quarters.
