In such a situation, the first statement of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has come after the ceasefire. He said, ‘Pahalgam has been avenged. Revenge has been taken from those who erased the vermilion. The terrorists have been killed.’

India has reached the headquarters of Pakistani Army: Rajnath

Rajnath said, 'India's presence is felt even in the headquarters of the Pakistani Army. We have carried out blasts till Rawalpindi. We have blown up terrorist bases inside Pakistan. We have carried out multiple strikes by entering inside Pakistan. I could not come to Lucknow because of the situation we are going through.' Let us tell you that Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has inaugurated the Brahmos Integration and Testing Facility Center in Lucknow through video conferencing.

Rajnath said, ‘Today is a very special day. On this day in 1998, India showed its strength in Pokhran. This project was completed in forty months. In the present circumstances, timely work is needed. Operation Sindoor gave an answer to the terrorists who wiped off the vermilion of our sisters by carrying out terrorist attacks.’

We never targeted their citizens: Rajnath

Rajnath said, 'We have never targeted their citizens. The whole world is watching what is the result of terrorist incidents in India. This is the new India against terrorism. PM Modi has told that strict action will be taken on this side and that side of the border. Whoever carries out terrorist incidents in India, even the land across the border will not be able to save him. The whole world has seen how India gives a blow to terrorism.'

Explained the purpose of launching Operation Sindoor

Rajnath said, 'Indian forces launched Operation Sindoor with the aim of destroying the terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan. We never targeted their civilians, but Pakistan not only targeted Indian citizens but also attempted to attack temples, churches, and Gurudwaras. The Indian Army displayed courage and valor along with restraint. We not only took action against the military bases on the border, but the threat of the Indian Army reached Rawalpindi, where the headquarters of the Pakistani Army is located.'
