News Topical, Digital Desk : The makers of Ranveer Singh starrer 'Dhurandhar' have decided to postpone the much-awaited trailer launch of the film after the tragic blast at the Red Fort in Delhi on Monday night.

Dhurandhar trailer launch postponed

In an official statement released on Tuesday, the production team announced the postponement of the trailer and expressed condolences to those affected by the Delhi incident. "Out of respect for the victims and families affected by the blast in Delhi yesterday, the 'Dhurandhar' trailer launch scheduled for November 12th has been postponed. The trailer launch date and other details will be shared soon. Jio Studios, B62 Studios and Team Dhurandhar," the official statement read.

About Dhurandhar

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar is said to be inspired by real-life events. The film, co-produced by Ranveer Singh and the director of Uri: The Surgical Strike, promises a gripping spy drama set against the backdrop of cross-border intelligence operations. Reports suggest that Ranveer will be playing an undercover Indian spy operating in Pakistan, and the story celebrates the courage and sacrifice of intelligence officers who work away from the limelight.

The film also stars Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal. Although the trailer launch has been postponed, the film's theatrical release date remains unchanged. Dhurandhar will release in theaters on December 5, 2025.
