But till now the police has not been able to get any clue about both of them. Police wrote a letter to cancel bail in old cases
According to the information, after the seizure of cash, gold and silver, land documents and weapons found in the raid at Tomar Brothers' house, the police is continuously taking action. According to the police, information has also been shared with the Income Tax Department and the Municipal Corporation for action.
Along with this, the police has also written a letter to the court demanding cancellation of bail in old cases related to Tomar brothers. Along with this, the police has also requested the court to take strict action against both the brothers.
Questions are also being raised on the role of Municipal Corporation and Mayor
In this entire case, the functioning of Raipur Municipal Corporation and the Mayor has also come under question. The bungalow which was being called illegal and was being talked about to be demolished, was saved by Tomar brothers by getting a stay order from the High Court. It is alleged that the Municipal Corporation deliberately showed negligence in this matter and did not take action due to pressure.
Questions are also being raised on illegal commercial activities. It is being said that Tomar brothers were also doing money lending business in the name of 'Shubhkumnaayen' in Sai Villa Colony. The question arises that how were commercial activities being conducted in a residential area and why the Municipal Corporation did not pay attention to it till now.
