News Topical, Digital Desk : Tire company JK Tyre announced its results for the quarter ended September 2025 after the stock market closed on Monday. The company reported its profit for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, up 64% year-on-year to ₹221 crore (approximately $2.21 billion). In the same quarter last year, the company had reported a profit of ₹135 crore (approximately $1.35 billion). Total revenue increased 10.8% to ₹4,011 crore (approximately $4.11 billion).
In the September quarter of last year, the company reported revenue of ₹3,621 crore. EBITDA increased by 23.8 percent to ₹5,215 million, compared to ₹4,212 million in the previous year. The company's EBITDA margin also improved to 13 percent, compared to 11.6 percent in the previous year. JK Tyre is one of the country's leading tire manufacturers, manufacturing tires for trucks, buses, cars, and two-wheelers, and also has an export business.
Share Performance: On Monday, the company's shares closed at ₹414.00, up 0.50 percent. Over the past year, the company's stock has seen an increase of 8.95 percent.
