News Topical, Digital Desk : Russian President Vladimir Putin is arriving in India on December 4th for a two-day visit. The entire world is watching his visit. Putin travels under extremely high security, but another " high-security routine " that accompanies him is also in the news : his food and his personal family, about whom Putin is extremely cautious.
Everything from his food to his family is " controlled and secret . " When Putin travels abroad, his meals are not prepared in a hotel or host-country kitchen. A special Russian team, including his personal chef, always accompanies him.
Ingredients are pre-checked, and each dish is tested before serving. Food is cooked in a secure location with a mobile testing lab. He is present at formal dinners, but questions often arise about whether he actually eats the same food. On most tours, his actual food is prepared separately. It is believed that his team keeps this information secret.
Putin's daily diet
Despite his ultra-secure environment, Putin's diet is quite simple. In the morning, he usually eats tavrog (Russian cheese), honey, porridge, fresh juice, and occasionally raw quail eggs or omelets. For lunch and dinner, he prefers fish and less red meat, along with a simple salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, and vegetables. He rarely eats sweets, but he enjoys pistachio ice cream.
His diet, like his image, is regular, simple, and controlled. This routine helps him maintain energy during long working hours and a protective environment.
Putin's private world
Putin has always maintained silence about his family. In a 2015 press conference, he simply stated, " My daughters live in Russia... I don't discuss my family." However, numerous documents, media reports, and occasional statements from his own family have provided a clearer picture of his family.
Former wife Lyudmila Putina was a flight attendant by profession. They married in 1983 , when Putin was in the KGB. The marriage lasted 30 years. They separated in 2013. Both said that work and distance made living together difficult. Lyudmila and Putin have two daughters , Maria and Katerina.
