The key feature of this expressway-cum-industrial corridor is that it serves not only as a rapid transit route but also as a means of connecting each district's local characteristics with industry and markets. The 12 IMLC nodes being developed by the Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPIDA) will focus on a different sector in each district, ensuring optimal utilization of regional resources.
The Ganga Expressway originates from Bijauli village in Meerut, connecting to the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, providing seamless connectivity to the national capital. This connectivity is developing Meerut into a major hub for data centers, warehousing, and the sports goods industry. Hapur is a confluence of religious tourism and agro processing.
The expressway in Hapur directly connects Garhmukteshwar (Brajghat), which will boost religious tourism. Special interchanges have been developed to facilitate tourist movement. Furthermore, the region is renowned for potato and other crops, leading to the establishment of cold storage and food processing units. This will provide farmers with better prices and markets.
Bulandshahr Airport Link to Supply Chain Hub

The completion of the Ganga Expressway at Judapur Dandu village in Prayagraj is taking the city to new heights of connectivity.
