New Delhi: Everyone was shocked when actor Siddique's name surfaced in the sexual harassment case that came to light in the Malayalam film industry. Although he is denying all the allegations, news has just come that he is absconding. On Tuesday, the High Court rejected the anticipatory bail plea filed by actor Siddique. He has now challenged the order of the Kerala High Court in the Supreme Court on Wednesday.
The Kerala High Court on Tuesday rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Siddique in a sexual assault case against him, saying that given the gravity of the allegations against him, his custodial interrogation is inevitable for proper investigation of the offence.
