News Topical, Digital Desk : This time, candidates from the district have excelled in the UPPSC PCS-2024 examination. Neha Panchal, a daughter of Fatehpur Putthi village in the Binauli area, has emerged as the PCS topper.

Neha's achievement has filled the district with pride. Her family has lived in Delhi for some time. Besides Neha, three other candidates have also passed this prestigious exam.

Candidates made their mark in the PCS-2024 exam

Priyanka, daughter of Sarurpur Kalan farmer Deshpal Singh and a clerk, has been selected as Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Tax. Akshay Chaudhary, son of a farmer from Mansoorpur village in the Chandni Nagar area, has been selected as Commercial Tax Officer. Meanwhile, Shishir Chaudhary, a resident of Hewa village in Chhaprauli, has also secured success as a Commercial Tax Officer.

In Fatehpur Putthi village, Neha Panchal's family and villagers celebrated by distributing sweets after she achieved the highest rank. Her family lives in Shahdara, Delhi. She is also married in Delhi. Her family lives in Fatehpur Putthi village.

Neha also gave interview in 2023

Her cousins, Vikrant Panchal and Ravi Panchal, residents of Shahdara, said that Neha had also appeared for the interview in 2023 but was unsuccessful. Now, through hard work, she has topped the exam, bringing honor to her family and village. In her native village, Fatehpur Putthi, her brother Hawa Singh and uncle Satpal Panchal also hailed it as a significant achievement, saying she passed this difficult exam while juggling family responsibilities. She is a homemaker and mother of a daughter.

Sharing sweets in happiness

Family members in the village celebrated the occasion by feeding sweets to one another. Social workers Dr. Sushil Vats, Manoj Panchal, Ramkaran Jangid, Ritesh Jangid, Vishal Panchal, Akash Panchal, Anuj Panchal, Subhash Panchal, Vikas Panchal, Ratan Master, Rajbir Fauji, and Manju Pradhan were present on the occasion.

Priyanka completed her schooling till 12th standard from Intermediate College Sarurpur-Khedki.

Priyanka, the 32-year-old second daughter of Deshpal Singh, a resident of Sarurpur Kala, studied until the 12th grade at the Sarurpur-Khedaki Intermediate College. She earned her BSc from Janta Vedic College and her MSc in Maths in 2016. She passed the NET in 2022. In 2024, she was selected for the post of accountant and is currently posted in Doula village, also in Baghpat.

In 2024, she applied for the PCS exam and was selected for the post of Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Tax. Her family celebrated by distributing sweets. Subhash Nain, Raju Tomar, and Sirsali expressed their joy at Priyanka's selection.

Priyanka's wedding took place in Shamli.

Priyanka married Ankur Malik, a resident of Kudana village in Shamli district, on February 19, 2026. Malik is an assistant professor at Jawaharlal Nehru PG College, Banda. Priyanka took coaching in Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi, in 2016. She passed the UPSC exam and appeared for the interview, but was unsuccessful. She began taking the PCS exam in 2020. She appeared for two interviews, including in 2022, but was unsuccessful.

The first selection was made for the post of Assistant Commissioner

Priyanka may have been selected for the position of Assistant Commissioner, but her goals aren't stopping there. She is taking the PCS final exam in Lucknow to become a Deputy Collector. She studies 10 hours a day. She said that failure shouldn't discourage her. Hard work and struggle are never in vain. Deshpal's eldest daughter, Pinky, holds an MA and a BA in English. Priyanka is the second-oldest daughter.

Third-born Princey Nain is currently a Block Education Officer in Shamli. Fourth-born Srishti is pursuing a B.Ed. The youngest son, Aryaveer Nain, is pursuing a BA. Father Deshpal Singh holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture, and mother Rajwati is an eighth-grade pass. Deshpal says he was selected as a clerk in the army in 1989, but lost his educational documents, forcing him to miss out. He is educating his children by farming 13 bighas of land.

Farmer's son becomes commercial tax officer

The son of a farmer from Mansoorpur village has successfully passed the PCS exam and been selected for the position of Commercial Tax Officer. Upon his arrival, the villagers gave him a warm welcome. Vinod Chaudhary is a farmer. His son, Akash Chaudhary, received his primary education from Holy Child Academy in Khekra and earned his B.Tech from Delhi University.

He was selected for the IFO in 2022.

Akash Chaudhary revealed that he passed the UPSC exam in 2022 and was selected for the IFO. However, he continued preparing for the PCS. He had been preparing for the PCS in Delhi for the past four years, and this was his second attempt. He credits his success to his parents and family.

Akash Chaudhary arrived in the village on Monday, where he was warmly welcomed by villagers and relatives. The villagers distributed sweets to mark Akash's selection. Bablu Chaudhary, Pappu Pradhan, Ashok Kumar, and others were present during the welcome.
