News Topical, Digital Desk : Delhi Police has arrested the suspect who caused panic by issuing false bomb threats at schools, government offices, and courts across the country. The suspect was arrested in Mysuru, Karnataka. Police identified him as 47-year-old Srinivas.

Srinivas is accused of using digital media to send more than 1,000 fake emails, messages, and calls threatening to bomb schools, government offices, and courts across the country. This action has been taken by the Delhi Police.

The accused lived in a rented house

The police arrested him on Sunday from a rented house in Brindavan Layout in Mysuru, from where he was challenging the security agencies by making false threats.

He threatened to bomb schools and government offices.

It is noteworthy that in recent months, several schools, colleges, courts, and government offices have received bomb threats, causing widespread panic. Following these incidents, police and bomb squads were forced to launch emergency response. Investigations revealed these threats to be false, bringing relief to the public.

Taking the matter seriously, Delhi Police launched an investigation and located the suspect in Mysuru. A search was conducted at Srinivas's residence, during which police reportedly seized his laptop. The accused will be taken to Delhi for further investigation.
