The deceased student's father, a resident of Taka village in Ausa taluka, supports his family by working as a laborer. Upon receiving information about the incident, a team from the MIDC police station arrived at the scene. After preparing the Panchnama, the police sent the body to the Government Medical College in Latur for a postmortem. The police are investigating the case from both suicide and murder perspectives. Hostel staff, teachers, and students are being questioned to uncover the truth.
