Local people said that their crops have been completely destroyed due to the flood. No assessment of crop loss has been done at the government level so far.

Administration support is slow

Due to lack of electricity, people have to go outside the village to charge their mobile phones. Some people's houses have collapsed and many families are facing problems of food and water. Villagers said that the help that is coming from the administration is very limited and is not reaching everyone.

Officials are not coming inside the village

Some villagers say that when officials come, they do not even enter the village. The administration has also stopped the boat service, due to which people have to cross the water in the middle of the flow for important work. Some people were also saved from drowning by the villagers.

Some villagers also said that people from outside the flood-affected area are also coming to get relief material, which is causing difficulties for the real victims. At the same time, some people were also found who said that they had already stored some food items and are managing with that.

Boating has also stopped 

A villager was going to Banaras to get medicine but due to the boat service being closed, he had to travel by water. There is also a constant threat of poisonous creatures in the flood water. People are also keeping their cattle safe by taking them to higher places.

Some villagers said that there is no electricity, they have to go out to charge their mobile phones, some people's houses have collapsed, one said that he has heard that grain is available, so he has set out to collect it in the middle of the water.
