On every Monday of the month of Sawan, devotees worship and observe fast. But the last Sawan Monday is considered more fruitful and auspicious from the religious point of view for fasting, worship, Jalabhishek etc.

Let us tell you that this year the month of Sawan started on 11th July 2025 which is now coming to an end. This year there will be a total of four Monday fasts in the month of Sawan, in which the last Sawan Monday fast will be kept on 4th August 2025 and the Sawan month will end on 9th August.

The last Monday of Savan will be auspicious

The last Monday of the month of Sawan will be special this time because many auspicious yogas are being formed on this day. According to Jyotishacharya Anish Vyas, on August 4, the yoga of Sarvarth Siddhi will be formed on the last Sawan Monday. Along with this, the Moon will transit from Anuradha Nakshatra and Chitra Nakshatra to Scorpio. Along with this, the combination of Brahma and Indra Yoga is also being formed on Sawan Monday. The worship and fasting done in these auspicious yogas gives the person complete results.

Among all the Mondays of Sawan, the fasting and worship done on the last Monday is considered more fruitful from the religious and astrological point of view, because the fast done on the last Sawan Monday fulfills the resolution of the devotee. The devotees who observe fasts and worship with devotion throughout the month of Sawan get the fruits of their worship on the last Monday only. Rudrabhishek, Shiv Puran Paath, Jalabhishek and night vigil etc. are also important on the last Monday, which increases the importance of this day even more.
