News Topical, Digital Desk : Yoga is not only beneficial for physical health but also for mental health. In today's digital lifestyle, most people spend more time on mobile, laptop and TV screens, which puts pressure on the eyes and weakens the eyesight.

Tratak

Tratak is a concentration exercise in which one stares at a fixed object, such as a burning candle flame, without blinking. This practice strengthens the eye muscles, improves concentration and sharpens eyesight.

Palming

In this activity, the palms are rubbed together to warm them and then gently placed on the closed eyes. This gives relief to the eyes, reduces fatigue and improves eye sight.

Eye Rotation Exercises

This exercise is done by moving the eyes up and down, right and left and in a circular motion. It activates the eye nerves and reduces fatigue caused by looking at the screen for a long time.

Shavasana
