The family had planned to travel from Bengaluru to Delhi and then from Delhi to Haridwar, but the flight cancellation caused significant inconvenience.

No message from Indigo

Several other passengers arrived at the airport today but were not informed by IndiGo until they arrived. They were told online that their flight was on schedule, but upon arriving at the airport, they were told the flight had been cancelled.

More than 400 flights were cancelled on Friday.

Over 100 flights cancelled in Bengaluru

Delhi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai were the most affected, with over 220 flights cancelled. This was followed by Bengaluru with 100 and Hyderabad with nearly 90. IndiGo flights were also cancelled at other major airports.
