2 handfuls of roasted gram, half cup coriander, 12-15 mint leaves, 1 amla, 2 green chillies, small piece of ginger, 2 garlic cloves, black salt, half teaspoon cumin powder

Also, the glycemic index of roasted chickpeas is low. It contains more fiber and protein, due to which sugar levels do not increase by eating chickpeas. How to make Roasted Chickpea and Green Coriander Chutney?

In a mixer jar, take a handful of chickpeas, a cup of coriander leaves, 12-15 mint leaves, 1 amla, a small piece of ginger, 2 garlic cloves, half a teaspoon of cumin powder and black salt according to taste. Now add half a cup of water and grind it very finely. Tasty and healthy chutney is ready.
