Irina Zarutska, a 23-year-old girl from Ukraine, had come to America a few months ago. Irina was travelling in a train when a man suddenly attacked her. The entire video of this incident has been captured in CCTV footage.

According to NDTV's report, this video is from around 10 pm on August 22. Irina boarded a train in North Carolina, USA. Irina was busy with her phone when the 34-year-old man sitting behind her took out a knife from his pocket and stabbed Irina three times. During this, the accused also targeted Irina's neck, which led to her death.
There was a commotion in the train
The accused has been identified as DeCarlos Brown Jr. The horrific footage of the attack has been removed from the video that has surfaced. After killing Irina, DeCarlos got up and went to the door. Then blood stains were seen on his clothes and shoes and there was a commotion in the entire train.
Police arrested him
According to the police, DeCarlos had slit Irina's throat, due to which Irina's blood started spilling on the floor of the train. Irina died on the spot. DeCarlos got off at the next station, where the police also found his knife. During this attack, DeCarlos' hand also got scratched, for which he went to the hospital to get bandaged. During this time, the police took DeCarlos into custody.
When we looked at DeCarlos' court records, we found that he had several criminal cases registered against him. In 2011, he was arrested for robbery with a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison for this.
