News Topical, Digital Desk : According to the Varanasi Tourism Association, when combined with data from the Maha Kumbh Mela, the number of tourists and pilgrims expected to visit Kashi in 2025 is expected to exceed 150 million, a record in itself. Kashi has received the highest number of visitors to a single city in North India. Tourists are visiting Varanasi's Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, other Ganga Ghats including Namo, Sarnath, Shri Sankat Mochan Temple, and the Banaras Hindu University campus, among other places.
People have been sitting down to watch the Ganga Aarti since noon.
A large number of people are currently arriving to witness the world-famous Aarti at the Ganga Ghats in Varanasi. The situation is such that people are already seated at their designated spots at 1:30 PM to witness the Ganga Aarti, which is scheduled for 6:00 PM. The city's dining establishments, traditional clothing establishments, and the streets of Kashi are also flooded with people at the Ganga Ghats.
