News Topical, Digital Desk : A new job trend has emerged among young people. "Gen-G" are no longer limited to just one job; they are exploring various options for pursuing their hobbies and earning money.

According to a Harris Poll survey, 57 percent of young people in the US are freelancing or pursuing side hustles alongside part-time jobs. These include options like podcasting, content creation, or illustration.

Content Creation with Part Time Job

Young people want financial stability and the freedom to pursue their dreams. To achieve this, they are pursuing jobs, including content creation on social networking sites and podcasting.

Even in New York, many people are creating podcasts and videos for social media while working. This trend is also rapidly growing in India, where young people are forging a true identity through their passions, beyond their jobs.

Why are the youth going with the second option?

Young people are losing confidence in finding a job. They believe they have a job today, but they may not have one tomorrow. Therefore, they want to start their own business and become self-reliant.

Many people in the United States work in digital painting and graphics after work. People work in stores during the day and then sell their skills to clients at night.

According to experts, in the coming times, companies will not be able to retain youth only on the basis of salary, they will have to bring flexibility in work.
