  • Take 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder or its dried leaves.
  • Now soak it in 1 cup hot water for 5-7 minutes.

Golden Turmeric Latte

  • You can also try this instead of milk tea. It is rich in anti-inflammatory properties.

Method of making

  • To make a Golden Turmeric Latte, take 1 cup of plant-based milk.
  • Now   add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder to it.

  • If you want, you can also add 1 teaspoon honey to it.
  • Just heat it well and whisk.
