Verse 1 - Lokayatra fear shyness right renunciation.
Panch yatra na vidyante na kuryattatra sangatim.

In this verse, Acharya Chanakya says that you should never choose five places for your residence: a place where you cannot find a livelihood, where you lack fear (of the law or God), shame (public shame), generosity, and a tendency to give. Because your life could be in danger in such a place.
