A Swiss media outlet recently released a report. According to this report, even before Hindenburg's allegations, the Geneva Public Prosecutor's Office was investigating the wrongdoings of the Adani Group.

Adani Group responded

After the allegations made by Hindenburg, Adani Group issued a media statement late at night. In this statement, the company said that Hindenburg is making false allegations against them. The company said that these allegations are being made so that the value of the company falls in the market.

Adani Group has told the media that if you publish the news, then do include our statement. The company has clearly said that it is not related to any proceedings of the Swiss court. Apart from this, the company also clearly said that none of its Swiss accounts have been frozen.

The company continued its old statement and said that the company's overseas holding structure is completely transparent. The company is not violating any rules. Apart from this, the company said that this effort is being made only to reduce the market value of the company and harm the company.
