Sunny Deol 's film's opening day collection exceeded ₹32 crore. Despite being banned in Gulf countries, the film earned over ₹40 crore worldwide on its opening day, surpassing even Dhurandhar.

According to SACNILC, the film  earned ₹36.7 crore in India on Saturday, while Border 2's worldwide collection has reached ₹85.8 crore in two days  . However, this is not official data. The film's earnings could be higher or lower.

According to reports, Border 2 has grossed ₹7.5 crore (approximately $1.5 billion) in overseas markets alone. The film's total net collection in India is estimated at ₹69 crore (approximately $1.5 billion). With such a significant jump in earnings on Saturday, there's no doubt that the movie will be a big hit on Sunday and Monday (Republic Day).
