News Topical, Digital Desk : Bihar Assembly Elections 2025: There was a lot of discussion going on in Bihar whether Chirag Paswan will contest the Bihar assembly elections or will he remain a firebrand only on social media? But when Chirag Paswan came on the stage in front of the people of Bhojpur, he smilingly started the discussion on these speculations himself and said, your question is whether Chirag Paswan will contest the assembly elections, then smilingly said, "I will contest elections for Bihar and will contest on 243 seats" but from which seat he will contest, the decision of this is left to the public.

I will fight for Bihar- Chirag Paswan

Chirag Paswan said that I will fight for Bihar. This election is not just for power, but for respect and development.” Now with this one sentence, he not only put an end to the discussions, but also put those critics in silent mode and made it clear that for 2025, Chirag has stepped out of the poster and entered the field.

In his speech, Chirag spoke openly about the present, past and future of Bihar. He directly attacked Congress and RJD and called the BJP-Nitish alliance the real carrier of social justice and development.

He said, "2025 is a decisive year for Bihar. Once again we are going to choose our leadership for the next five years. In such a situation, this year will not only decide the elections but also our future."

Chirag appealed to the public not to blindly trust the promises of any leader or party, but to ask what have they done so far?

'Congress is equally responsible'

Chirag clearly said that Congress and RJD together brought down Karpoori Thakur's government. From the 80s to the rule of Lalu Yadav, there was a long period of massacres. This was the period which was called "Jungle Raj", the responsibility of which lies equally on both Congress and RJD.

Chirag Paswan said, “Those who chant Karpoori Thakur and Baba Saheb Ambedkar only in slogans do not believe in them in truth. The first statue of Baba Saheb was installed by my father Ram Vilas Paswan during V.P. Singh's government. “The work of giving Bharat Ratna to Karpoori Thakur was done by our government. Neither Congress nor RJD did this work.”

“My thinking was that Biharis should not have to go out for education and jobs. I started the policy of 'Bihar First, Bihari First' but these forces broke my party, conspired to break my family. “But they forgot that Chirag Paswan is the son of a lion. I am fighting not just as a leader but as a son. For that Bihar where no one has to migrate for employment, where every child studies and every youth gets opportunities.”
