Right behind Changur Baba's luxurious mansion is the Chand Aulia Dargah, where Urs was celebrated every year on 13 July.
In this Urs, many famous poets of the country used to come here for Mushaira. This time too, preparations were made for the event and hoarding banners were also put up for it, but the administration has spoiled everything by not giving permission for the Urs.
Changur's mansion is next to the dargah
Let us tell you that 'Chand Aulia Dargah' is located in Madhpur village in Uttaraula area, about 35 km from Balrampur district. Right next to this, there is a luxurious mansion which belongs to Jamaluddin alias Changur Baba. When the investigation started after Changur Baba's name came up in the conversion case, many cases of foreign funding and conversion in local and other states came to light.
After this, the local administration investigated his property and found that his luxurious mansion built on five bighas of land which was to be used as a degree college, two biswas of land in the middle of it was government land which the administration got vacated by bulldozer after giving notice. It took three days to vacate it but the administration demolished a part of the luxurious building.

alert after such a big action in a small area like Madhpur in Uttaraula. The administration has banned any kind of event. Uttaraula SDM Rajendra Bahadur said that according to the information, the Urs was scheduled to be organized on 13 July at the 'Chand Aulia Dargah' which is built right behind the building of Changur Baba and his associates, all the hoardings of which were also put up in the Uttaraula area, but thousands of people would have participated in this Urs, so permission for the Urs has not been given. The district administration has taken this decision due to security reasons.
He told that many security agencies are currently investigating Jamaluddin and Changur Baba and their associates, so the front gate of their building was demolished during the operation. There is a back gate to enter the house which is near the dargah, so if Urs is organized then many tents, poles and decorations will be put up which will block the road. Due to this, whenever any investigation agency reaches their building to investigate the Changur Baba case, it will face inconvenience in coming and going, so this decision has been taken.
