News Topical, Digital Desk : Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, who is in jail, has made serious allegations against Army Chief General Asim Munir. Talking about the vindictive nature of Army Chief General Asim Munir, Imran Khan said that he was removed from the post of Director General of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).

After this, they turned against his wife Bushra Bibi. Imran Khan said, when I removed General Asim Munir from the post of DG ISI, he tried to contact my wife Bushra Bibi through mediators to discuss the matter.

'Bushra Bibi has nothing to do with it'

However, Bushra Bibi flatly refused, saying she had nothing to do with such matters and would not meet him. Imran Khan further said, General Asim Munir's vindictive nature is behind Bushra Bibi's 14-month unjust imprisonment and reprehensible inhuman treatment in prison.

Attacking Gen Munir further, Khan said: “The manner in which my wife has been targeted for personal vendetta is unprecedented.”

'I haven't seen my wife for four weeks'

Imran Khan further said, Bushra Bibi was accused of aiding and abetting, a charge for which no evidence was ever produced, and she has been arrested in one false case after another. She is a private citizen, a housewife with no political connections. I have not even been allowed to meet her in the last four weeks.'

Imran Khan said that the incidents of May 9, 2023, in which military installations were targeted, were a part of the 'London Plan'. Its aim was to eliminate Pakistan's biggest political force, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.

 'Leaders were arrested illegally'

Under this pre-planned scheme, I and many leaders and workers of my party were illegally arrested. Our democratic mandate was brazenly stolen and corrupt individuals - Sharif and Zardari - were imposed on the country.
